All About the Virtual Digestion Rubric

Hi Grade 5,
I have noticed that some of you are quick to post your Virtual Digestion homework. A word of caution, be aware that you cannot copy and paste your writing. I will know! I have noticed that this has happened already. The rubric for this task is:

Knowledge - Including at least 10 facts
This means that you need to include 10 facts in your writing or you can add a list. These must be written in your own words. If they are not - I can not award the marks. (10 points)

Spelling - Try your best to use correct spelling. I recommend that you use a spell checker. (5 points)

Punctuation - Including using paragraphs! Write in paragraphs - skipping a line between each paragraph. Use capital letters correctly and full stops. Always leave a space after each full stop! (5 points)

Descriptive words - Get out your thesaurus! Using a higher level of vocabulary will earn you language points. (5 points)

Creativity - Show me your own style! (5 points)

Relevant pictures included - Yes you can include animations! This is an important criteria. You know they say a picture is worth 1000 words!

Include a bibliography: Remember you must put this in alphabetical order:
Author, (year) Title, url, Date accessed - you must write the date that you accessed the site.
For example:
Wikipedia (2006) Digestion, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digestion , Accessed on 30/8/07
